This is our Terms of Service and must be signed and returned to become a member.
Auto Lockout plus only covers a 35 mile radius from the Terre Haute, Vigo county Courthouse. If we need to travel outside this area we charge an additional $1.50 per mile paid at the time of service due to the rising cost of gas. Also, if the person and not the car is covered under our policy, that member must be with the vehicle and have their A.L.P. member ID card to show the service tech that comes to help you.
Auto Lockout:
We will only come out to your car if you’re unable to get in because your keys are locked in the vehicle or your keys are lost or stolen, we do not make replacement keys. We will still unlock your vehicle so you can have a locksmith make you a replacement key.
Auto Lockout Jumpstart:
If for any reason we try to jumpstart your vehicle, and the vehicle does not start, do to your battery being bad or some other electrical or mechanical problem. We cannot be held responsible.
Auto Lockout Tire Change:
We only come out to change flat tires when you have an inflated spare tire that fits the vehicle in need. In any case that you have a special locking lug nut or any other anti-theft tire device and you don’t have the tools for us to remove them, you cannot hold us responsible for not being unable to change it.
Auto lockout Fuel:
When we bring you two gallons of fuel for your vehicle to get you to the nearest service station, and if you can’t get your car to start from trying to start it over and over, which we do not recommend, and means it will need to be primed, and you’ll need a mechanic. Or if for any electrical or mechanical problems, we cannot be held responsible. We will only bring you a maximum of 6 gallons of gas, two gallons at a time per year. After that, if you run out you will have to pay for the 2 gallons of gas at the time of your service.
This is only for those who have paid the extra $15.00 for this service.
Auto Lockout Plus Towing: WE ARE SORRY, TOWING IS UNAVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
Our towing service is only for vehicles ten years and newer. Cars older than ten years are not covered in our terms and conditions. We are sorry for this rule.
Our towing is only good for a one time tow per year and vehicles that break down in any town we cover has to be towed to an auto shop or home that’s within 5 miles. If your vehicle is out of town when it breaks down we will cover $40.00 of the towing bill and you will be responsible for paying the difference at the time of service.
